It is always prudent to take a moment to reflect on the great history of the University of Georgia. Today we will take a look at two trailblazers, Hamilton Holmes and Charlayne Hunter, the first two African American students to enroll at the University of Georgia. Their courage to enroll at UGA impacts us still to this day. UGA is fortunate to boast of students and alumni representing diversity in various forms:  race, ethnicity, gender, age, ability, country of origin and so much more.
