Engaging every single graduate. That’s our commitment.

We may be biased, but there is something exceptional about the University of Georgia. In order to keep the University thriving for future students, we aim to create an advocate of every single graduate. The UGA alumni family is a diverse, energetic and growing community dedicated to improving our state and world. Because every graduate is automatically a member of the Alumni Association, we are a population of more than 350,000 living around the globe. As the Office of Alumni Relations, we focus on providing relevant programming, enhanced connections and effective communications in order to engage this dynamic population.

Our team approaches this endeavor by focusing on five key areas: Operations (the nuts and bolts of the department), Outreach (strategic engagement), Chapters (communities led by alumni volunteers), Events (memorable experiences that inspire engagement) and Student Engagement (or future alumni, as we like to call them). Regardless of our niche, we are dedicated to helping all alumni thrive and connect. We host signature events like Bulldog 100 and 40 Under 40 every year and with four affinity groups–Black Alumni, Latino Alumni, Women of UGA and Young Alumni–more than 80 chapters around the world, and 40 volunteer alumni board members, we stay busy! We strive to create unique opportunities for Bulldogs, build a culture of philanthropy, preserve the traditions that make UGA special, and forge lifelong connections. We do all of this to ensure that the future is bright for students and graduates of the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs!
