Alumni and Corporate Engagement Associate, Odum School of Ecology
The Student Employment Manager is responsible for coordinating all part-time job listings in the Athens community and working with departments to list on-campus employment opportunities. The position coordinates and manages Student Employment Program/Job Location and Development Program at UGA and coordinates all student employment/part-time job fairs and coordinates the Student Employee of the Year program.
Associate Director of Development, Franklin College of Arts & Sciences
This position is based in the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences and will act as a major gift officer for the college at-large. It’s purpose is to raise major gifts to support the Franklin College and the University of Georgia. This incumbent will focus on gifts of $25,000 or more and will maintain a robust portfolio of current and prospective donors who can make a meaningful philanthropic investment in the College.
Career Consultant, UGA Career Center
This Career Consultant position serves as the career services liaison to the Colleges/Schools at The University of Georgia. This is the tangible link between the Career Center and the college; both externally, as a resource on career planning issues specific to that college for students, employers, and faculty; and internally, as a referral point of contact and advocate for that college.
Development Coordinator, College of Public Health
This position reports to the Dean for the College of Public Health (CPH) and is is responsible for raising annual fund support, providing alumni relations activities, stewarding donors, and executing all development-related events to enable the College of Public Health to fulfill its mission.
Development Officer, Athens
Based in Athens, Georgia, the Development Officer serves as a frontline fundraiser for the University of Georgia central development office and is responsible for raising financial support for university-wide priorities as well as priorities for each of the 17 schools, colleges, and units within the university. Through frequent travel to assigned geographic areas, the Development Officer will conduct in-person meetings to qualify, cultivate and solicit individual prospects with a focus on securing annual leadership level gifts of $1,500-$10,000 while also qualifying major gift prospects for future cultivation in collaboration with major gift officers

Development Officer, Georgia 4-H Foundation
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Georgia 4-H Foundation, the Development Officer will implement identified priorities and funding needs for the George 4-H Foundation in coordination with the State 4-H program. This highly responsible professional position has accountability for the implementation of annual fund campaigns, special events as well as establishment of a portfolio of donors.
Mentor Program Coordinator, UGA Career Center
Reporting to the Director of the UGA Mentor Program, the Mentor Program Coordinator will support undergraduate, graduate, and professional students in developing their personal and professional networks through meaningful mentoring connections with UGA alumni, faculty, staff, and Friends of the University. The Mentor Program Coordinator will also provide engagement opportunities for Mentors through professional learning, programming, and events.
Office Manager, College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences
This position supports the team within the Office of Development and Alumni Relations (ODAR) in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES). CAES has an alumni network of 20,000+ and consistently raises over $15 million annually. The position manages the daily operations of the office and is the first point of contact for donors, alumni, and friends of CAES. This position serves as the contact for college and university leadership and manages the work flow and systems of the office and is expected to handle routine work and requests independently and confidentially.
This position manages the office in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions and high expectations. It is confidential in nature, having access to sensitive donor/alumni information, financial information, employee/HR information, as well as regular contact with University and College leadership. This position is responsible for independently performing high level administrative duties for the Senior Director of Development and other staff of the ODAR. The position involves independence in planning and executing internal meetings.
Regional Director of Development, Texas
Regional Directors make strategic engagement with alumni, parents, and friends a top priority by using a blend of in-person constituent meetings, virtual meetings when they are necessary for a donor-centered approach, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to engage individuals and organizations in their local markets.
Senior Director of Development, School of Medicine
The Senior Director of Development serves as a liaison between the School of Medicine and University Development. As the School of Medicine’s chief development officer, this position is responsible for establishing a team raising major gifts ($25,000+) to enable the unit to fulfill its mission and implement its programs and initiatives. In addition to major and principal gifts, the position is also responsible for providing strategy, leadership, direction, coordination, and management of all aspects of giving for the School of Medicine, including major giving, annual gifts, stewardship, and alumni relations.
Stewardship Coordinator, Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources
The Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources Stewardship Coordinator will be a primary member of the Warnell Development and Alumni Relations team and report to the Senior Director of Development. This position coordinates all donor stewardship activities and events including planning, managing, and executing the Warnell Annual Scholarship Banquet. This position will independently manage, coordinate, and support various special projects and events for the Development and Alumni Relations Office. Works collaboratively with a wide variety of people to enhance engagement opportunities. Serves as the liaison to the Warnell business office and UGA Foundation.
